Milk Ritland-Tam is a mixed & queer video person based in Vancouver, BC.

- They currently work a freelance editor & animator, with clients & collaborators including Salish Legends media, Jon Chiang, Sonya Lee, LifeLearn (Zoetis, Boehringer Ingelheim), Trans Care BC, Joella Cabalu & the NFB, Telus Originals, and the CBC
- They have experience writing & directing for film and video, including:
- award-winning queer romcom, “Violet and June”
- years of crafting educational content for UBC
- They hold a BFA in film production from the University of British Columbia (UBC).
- They are a settler on unceded xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waltuth) first nations lands, aka Vancouver, BC.
